Most apps contain both a clear and a select all function for multiple choice fields at the top of a list, or in some frozen element that will remain visible when scrolling. Fulcrum only uses a single clear all option at the bottom of a list. Just as long lists can make a bottom-anchored "clear" button tedious to use, needing to select all items individually in a long list can also be time intensive for users. Having the ability to select all will give a more modern and familiar feeling to this commonly used part of the app.
