Enhancements & Fixes:
- Improved the reliability of the map's current location button when toggling between location and follow modes.
- Fixed a rendering issue where custom MBTiles layers would appear distorted or smeared when using Esri Maps.
- The app now displays a loading spinner and progress message with a cancel option when Photo FastFill is processing. Photo FastFill is currently in Alpha.
- The Photo and Audio FastFill buttons are now disabled when another FastFill process is already running to prevent concurrent executions. Photo FastFill is currently in Alpha.

- Improved stability when using ArcGIS location data sources.
- Accuracy displays now show two decimal places of precision when a high-accuracy external GPS receiver is connected. GPS Integration is currently in Beta.
- The app now displays a persistent system notification if an external GPS device disconnects during an active background tracking session. GPS Integration is currently in Beta.
- Improved stability when closing the offline maps viewer.
- App Extensions can now enable a native toolbar action to generate, save, and share multi-page PDFs offline.

Two pieces work together. The AI Toolkit teaches your assistant Fulcrum's best practices, the right field types, safe automation, what to flag, so it builds things the way you would. Fulcrum MCP gives it the tools to act: build and manage forms, choice lists, webhooks, extensions, and report templates, and query your live data.
Use MCP on its own, but pairing it with the Toolkit is what turns "technically possible" into "built using Fulcrum's best practices."
This is a Labs release:
Labs means it's an early version and not fully supported. We're shipping it now so you can help shape it. Expect some rough edges, and try it in a non-production environment first.

- The option to create a new organization is now restricted to users with the 'Manage Subscription' permission.
- Fixed an issue that prevented self-service upgrades to the Elite plan because the option was incorrectly greyed out.
- The Data Viewer map now remains visible and correctly displays record locations when opening and closing repeatable windows.
- Bulk action search boxes now correctly support and return results for search terms containing spaces.

Web Release Notes (Aug 27 - Sep 2, 2026)

- Fixed an issue where some HEIC photos weren't processed correctly after upload, causing them to appear as broken images in PDF reports. Affected photos have been reprocessed.
- Fixed an issue where the Data Viewer map would go blank after saving edits to a record with repeatable fields when using Google basemaps.
