Fulcrum Zapier 3.0
We are excited to announce that version 3.0 of the Fulcrum Zapier connector is now live! This update introduces full support for our Canadian data instance and a suite of powerful new actions designed to give you more control over your data and streamline your integration workflows.
New Actions Available in v3.0
- Query Records:Use Fulcrum’s Query API to filter and extract specific datasets for your integrations.
- Fetch Single or Multiple Records:Retrieve the exact data you need with greater precision.
- Update Record (Partial):Use the new records patch endpoint within Zapier to update specific fields within a record without overwriting the entire entry.
- Generate & Download PDF Reports:Automate your reporting pipeline by triggering report generation and delivery within Zapier.

- Fixed an issue where the app could unexpectedly close when viewing maps with many records while panning and zooming
- Improved photo markup and sketch drawing experience with immediate drawing mode when opening sketch fields, eliminating extra taps to start sketching. Also, shapes now automatically enter selection mode after placement, allowing immediate resize and rotation
- Enhanced photo markup and sketch tool settings to save brush and shape colors separately, so your preferred colors persist across sessions
- Updated mapping SDK to the latest version for improved performance and new capabilities
- Streamlined offline basemaps functionality with improved download management and reduced app size
