Set Projects Inactive

It would be great if projects could be set as inactive. Records that have been associated with that project would then not need to synced or even visible anymore.
This would be great for some our apps that are project specific and are not relevant for remote teams to have after completion of previous jobs.

I would like this, too, and also a 'sunset' state where records in a project are accessible (read-only) but no longer editable and it's no longer possible to add records to a 'sunset' project. I can do this with data event code, but it means editing every single active app.

we have hundreds of projects being used by multiple apps and when they are over, we dont want to delete the records but would like to get them and the projects off our main page and mobile app

Agreed! We have lots of projects and as it is I have to rename them to bump them to the top of the list when they are 'active' so that managers can easily find the current projects to edit who has access. Many of our projects can have similar names so the filter option isn't always practical
