Make All Project-Tagged Records Available to User Added to Project (mobile)

BUG: This bug occurs on mobile only. When a user is added to a project, where this project is tagged on many existing records, the user can only see records which were updated at after the user was added to the project.
Expected Behavior:
When a user is added to a project, all records tagged with this project should be available to them.
Actual Behavior:
User is added to a project, and can only see records tagged with this project which were updated or created after the date the user was added to the project.
Notes:
This bug has only been replicated on mobile, and is not an issue on desktop. We have demonstrated that the "Changed At" system field determines which records are visible to users who are added to a project which has existing records.

We have updated our sync model so that when a user is added to a project, the project records will now automatically be added to the user’s device during the next sync! Be sure to update to the latest mobile app version (2407.4.0+) to access this update.
