Hi Fulcrum, the default Import is an Esri Shapefile format, which deprecates field names such that 'Staff_Name_1' and 'Staff_Name_2' deprecated to 'Staff_N' and 'Staff_N' (for example) those causing issues with the import due to repeated field names. Even when unique fields are identified as the matching fields during the field mapping step, the tool repeatedly fails. THere is no work around! Please consider allowing geodatabase format to work around field name deprecation OR allow the field mapping or 'Skip field' options to allow work around. THank you
