Our Esri basemaps are currently facing a Services Outage issue, and we are working with the Esri team on a resolution.

Adrian Zuniga , unfortunately, it is happening to some of my android users as well. I have seen it happen on iOS but have reports from Android about it.

After the latest Android Release update - 2408.0.0, when you disable the ESRI map, the records do not appear in the map view. How to fix this?

Raphael Favero: Other users have reported this as well. We have a hotfix going out today that should resolve this issue. Please install the newer version when it becomes available in your app store.

Adrian Zuniga Yes it's the fuzziness of the satellite imagery, identifying vegetation is not possible. We're in the UK. It's lucky we can switch back to google imagery otherwise we would have to change platform.

Does ESRI integration work with an Enterprise acct, or is an AGOL account absolutely necessary?

Jill: Hi Jill, currently we only support a connection to AGOL. However, we are actively exploring allowing a configuration to connect to Esri Enterprise accounts. This is currently slated for delivery in Q3.

The image quality of the maps is terrible and grainy, it’s been more than 12 months why is this still an issue?

They cant be cached for offline use. I'm very unhappy about having to manually opt out. Most of my work is in reguons with no coverage. We just spent three days out of mobile coverage with no base maps because the new version of fulcrum automatically opted us in to esri basemaps.

kerry leith: Are you trying this on Android or iOS? The download is supposed to continue even if the app is backgrounded or goes to sleep. If it's not, we'll create a bug ticket for it.

kerry leith i have the same issue. I’ve downloaded an offline map. Sometimes it works, sometimes it just displays a grey screen with no pins.

WMS layers from GeoServer will not load if “Use ESRI Maps” is enabled on mobile in FulcrumApp. The layers work fine with Fulcrum’s standard maps so it appears to be a limitation on ESRI’s end.

Tom Kraft: You are right, it was a limitation from Esri's 100.x SDK. We're in the process of implementing the 200.x which should solve this issue. Are you using Android or iOS?

Adrian Zuniga WMS layers are no longer working for me in the App nor Beta. It used to be that turning off ESRI Maps fixed the issue but that is no longer the case.
WMS layers from GeoServer continue to work as expected from desktop (Fulcrum website) but no luck through the App.
