For Australian organisations who require their data to be stored in Australia - an AWS server based in Australia would keep our IT team happy, and also ensure we're in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Love the product, but would appreciate if this could be an option.

Same here - we can't use Fulcrum for some applications because we're not allowed to have any private personal information hosted in the USA because of the lack of solid privacy protection laws.
