Use ArcGIS Layers Offline!

Feature Services Layers used to only be available while connected. Starting today with our 4.13.0 release on iOS and Android, you’ll be able to use them offline as well.

We’re also standardizing across device types and simplifying the way you pick map layers on mobile – a tray in the map view makes it easy on both Android and iOS.
