Enhancements & Fixes:

Resolved unexpected error that appeared when downloading large offline basemaps with intermittent connection
Fixed issue where filtered ArcGIS feature service layers could not be properly enabled for offline use
Fixed repeatables data processing issue that could affect record saving
Improved stability when a device enters sleep mode during data entry
Removed incorrect connection errors that appeared when saving new sketches offline. Note: The Sketch Field feature is currently in early access
