Android Release - 2609.2.0

Enhancements & Fixes:

Fixed an issue where the 'Done' button remained disabled after placing a point on the map when creating a new point record.
Improved the alignment and positioning of map controls, compass buttons, and the accuracy bar across different screen orientations.
Photo FastFill now validates the photo count before initiating a sync and supports a maximum of three photos per field to ensure optimal processing quality.
Photo FastFill is currently in Alpha.

We utilize phased rollouts, which means there will be times when not all users are on the latest version.
