Enhancements & Fixes:

Fixed an issue where ArcGIS feature layers downloaded for offline use would lose their custom symbols and labels, reverting to generic default styling.
When using INFERENCE, labels can now be read from a labels.txt file uploaded to reference files.

We utilize phased rollouts, which means there will be times when not all users are on the latest version.
