Enhancements & Fixes:

Downloaded offline basemaps now display reliably even with weak or intermittent network connections, so you no longer need to use airplane mode or reset cache to see your maps.
Improved stability by addressing an error that could occur during database operations when switching view modes.
Reference files are now sorted alphabetically in the UI for easier navigation.
Improved app stability by resolving a threading error related to database access.
