Enhancements & Fixes:

Enhanced Photo Markup and Sketch with default tool selection and persistent tool preferences for color, stroke, and opacity
Enhanced Photo Markup and Sketch with the ability to deselect markup tools to enter navigation mode
Updated the “Use Esri Maps” setting description to better explain how map engines are selected
Improved stability when opening or syncing records with complex forms
Extended ArcGIS authentication timeout to the maximum allowed duration, allowing users to stay authenticated longer when working offline. This also allows the Fulcrum app to support the ArcGIS Enterprise timeout setting.
