Enhancements & Fixes:

Fixed an issue where KML layers were disabled after closing and reopening the app
Enhanced the photo markup experience by allowing users to move, rotate, resize, and delete shapes after they have been placed
Enhanced the sketch experience by allowing users to move, rotate, resize, and delete shapes after they have been placed. Note: Sketch Field is in early access status
