Connecting the app with GPS device

Is there the chance to connect Fulcrum app on the mobile phone or on tablet with hand held GPS device?
I need the accuracy of location +/-10cm and that can not be achieved with geotagging with the app, so it would be useful if I could somehow connect it to GPS device and pick up the coordinates and height (z) info from that device and save it to an app inside Fulcrum app.

Allow data streaming to a field to capture & parse NMEA strings like depth, DPT - probably using BT com port

Save vertical accuray not just horizontal. Include option to specify pole height so that it's substracted from height.

Trimble Catalyst integration for iOS devices

Currently obtaining/keeping high resolution (submeter) GPS data from the Trimble DA2 antenna (likely other brands as well) only works with Fulcrum on Android devices (https://www.fulcrumapp.com/blog/location-accuracy-external-gps-devices/).
I was informed from Trimble folks that a SDK (software development kit) from Trimble was now available to make this integration possible for all devices.
Please incorporate this SDK so we can collect the spatial and metadata in Fulcrum.

External GPS Receiver - PDOP and # of Satellites as part of Raw Data collected by Fulcrum

I would like to request that the PDOP and # of Satellites also be added to the Fulcrum Raw Data that are captured from the External GPS Receiver. PDOP measures the quality of the geometric arrangement of satellites from which a GNSS receiver is obtaining signals. It's a factor that directly influences the accuracy of location data. The number of satellites in view is important also in determining the accuracy of GPS data. However, with fewer satellites, many GPS receivers struggle to produce accurate location estimates and will report “GPS signal lost” at points during the route. When this information is captured, it allows the field crew to "record" the GPS environment for the QAQC in-house team when they are reviewing data.

GPS accuracy readings from external bluetooth GNSS receivers with iOS devices.

Fulcrum should really invest the time into ensuring that GPS accuracy readings from external bluetooth GNSS receivers are brought into Fulcrum. I know this is possible with a dedicated bluetooth port because several other data collection apps do this (Avenza Maps, ESRI Field Maps, etc.) This feature is essential for my workflow.

I've been doing this already using an app like Bluetooth Connector on Android and setting the app in the developer options under "select mock location app"
